This achievement can be quite grindy, so I personally found it preferable to mix up which stages I'd play in order to keep the gameplay at least somewhat fresh. I found the 4 stages below to be the best for farming, and used subsequent replays to focus on getting the best possible time whilst still maximising rings.

@Nimta... I mean yeah, it's covered in the guide - 0:22 seconds and the highest rings/min, but as per the overview, the purpose of this guide is to give a variety of efficient methods to inject some longevity into an otherwise grindy achievement

Just do Reverse Block 1, it's so much faster compared to doing anything else it's not even funny. Stomp boost drill or void wispons on a bird should consistently clear in 25 seconds or less with practice
