There are only 9 achievements in this game, many of which are easy to get. I have listed them all below.
You will get this as soon as you launch the game for the first time



This will be rewarded when you finish the game, either passing or failing



This will be rewarded when you let the timer run out during the final puzzle, getting the failing ending


This is rewarded for examining over 80% of the items in the game. I believe this is obtainable by only interacting with story clues, though if you are missing it by the final puzzle, go back and examine the objects around rooms.

This is rewarded for completing the final puzzle and getting the success ending



This is obtained by performing the secret objectives



This is obtained by completing the puzzle fragment, coin, paper, piano, and box puzzles.



This can be obtained by modifying your system clock if you do not want to wait until 1 am.



This is obtained by watching all 10 cut-scenes without pressing the skip button either before or after.

There are a total of ten cut-scenes within the game. 8 are from story progression and optional interaction, and 2 are from the endings. I have labeled the album below in the order that you can obtain them.



1. Obtained when you first go from 1F-3 to 1F-4
2. Obtained by completing the photo fragment puzzle
3. Obtained by approaching the black shadow after interacting with the light switch on the right side of 2F-2
4. Obtained by examining the chair on the right side of 3F-7 as the male nurse character
5. Obtained by lighting the candelabra in 4F-1
6. Obtained by solving the Piano puzzle in 3F-3
7. Obtained by examining the bed in 5F-1
8. Obtained by examining the central desk in 5F-2
9. Obtained by failing the final puzzle (or not completing all secret puzzles?)
10. Obtained by completing the final puzzle and escaping

The game itself is rather quick, and can be completed in only 10-15 minutes. I have included a picture of the map for reference.


Starting a new game, you will start in the basement. Before moving to the first room, 1F-3, grab the Photo ID just to the left of the door.

1. Proceed into 1F-3.
2. Grab the key for 1F-1 just to the left.
3. Go to the right, and enter 1F-4, obtaining cut-scene #1
4. Grab a photo fragment from the center of the room
5. Return to 1F-3, and grab the next photo fragment from the table in the center (2 total)
6. Proceed to the left, through 1F-2, to 1F-1. You should use the key for the door, removing it from your inventory.
7. Grab the photo fragment from the dresser on the left (3 total)
8. Return to 1F-3, and solve the photo puzzle on the left side of the room. This will grant cut-scene #2.
9. Go left to 1F-2, and climb the ladder to move to 2F-2

10. Grab the coin from the desk in the center of the room
11. Grab the second coin from the desk on the left (2 total)
12. Go to the right side, and use the light switch next to the door for 2F-3. Then, after the red light turns on, walk up to the black shadow to get cut-scene #3.
13. Afterwards, grab the mysterious block that appears on the center table.
14. Proceed to 2F-3, and grab the wood block from the couch on the right hand side.
15. Return to 2F-2, and go through the door on the left to 3F-2

16. Grab a coin from the counter on the left (3 total)
17. Move left, to 3F-1
18. Grab the coin on the floor just inside the door (4 total)
19. If you would like to save, do so at the gramophone (Not really needed imo)
20. Grab a coin from dresser on the left (5 total)
21. Return to 3F-2, and interact with the box on the desk
a. To not get secret ending, insert the wood block
b. To get secret ending, insert the mysterious stone block (Will not void fail ending; Use to complete game in only 1 playthrough)
c. Solve the puzzle 7 → 3 → 1 → 9 → 5
d. Rewarded with a coin (6 total)
22. Move to the right of the room and interact with the coin machine. Insert all 6 coins to solve the puzzle. The door to 3F-3 should open.
23. Move the right until the character passes out. You should switch to a male nurse character.

You will now be in 3F-5
24. Go to the left of the room, and go downwards to 2F-5.
25. Move to 2F-4 and grab the bandage in the center of the room.
26. Return to 3F-5, and go right into 3F-6. Then, go down into 2F-5.
27. Grab the chopsticks from the bookshelf on the right.
28. Go to the sink on the left and use Rag → Chopsticks to obtain a thermos
29. Return to 3F-6, and go right to find the key for the 4th floor on a chair.
30. Proceed right into 3F-7, and examine the chair on the right to view cut-scene #4
- This cut-scene can only be obtained by the male character
31. Return to 3F-5, and go to the bed on the left to switch back to the female character
32. Move to 3F-6, and go up and left to enter 4F-2.

33. Grab a piece of paper from a table in the center of the room
34. Move left into 4F-1, and grab the piece of paper and matches on the floor just after you enter (2 total).
35. Move to the left of the big table and grab a second piece of paper (3 total)
36. Examine the candelabra, lighting the candle, on the right side of the table to obtain cut-scene #5
37. Move downwards into 3F-4, and grab the sheet music on the right side of the room.
38. Enter 3F-3 from the right, and pick up the pieces of paper from the bag (5 total).
39. Go left and interact with the piano
a. To get not secret ending, use the code on the sheet music 1-1-5-5-6-6-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1
b. To get the secret ending, enter 2-5-2-1-1-3-5 (Use to complete game in 1 playthrough)
c. You will obtain cut-scene #6
40. Return to 4F-1, and go up the ladder on the left side to 5F-1

41. Grab the piece of paper on the table after entering (6 total).
42. Proceed right and grab the piece of paper from the nightstand to the right of the bed (7 total).
43. Examine the bed to obtain cut-scene #7
44. Save your game at the gramophone on the right side of the room. (Highly recommended!)
45. Move to 5F-2 though the door on the right.
46. Examine the central desk to obtain cut-scene #8
47. Examine the desk again to start the final puzzle.
- This is the timed puzzle. If you have done all the secret puzzles, you will have 120 seconds to solve the paper puzzle, unlock the door, solve the pipe puzzle, and escape. If not, you will have a drastically shorter amount of time.
a. Solve the paper puzzle to get the answer Y-U-M-E
48. Move the right of 5F-2 and unlock the door
a. Use Y-U-M-E to get normal ending
b. Use L-O-V-E to get secret ending
49. Go to the right of the room and interact to bring up the pipe puzzle. Connect the left side to the right and flip the switch.
50. Move left just barely, and you will find a door to escape. This is the secret ending. Let the time run out, or don't complete some of the secret puzzles to get the normal ending. (Cut-scenes #9 and #10)
- I recommend failing the first time, and then continuing from your save and successfully escaping the second. This should take only a minute or two to complete the game in one run instead of two.
