Description
This mod revamps IEE's 'Gate Guard' High Elf faction with LL and special faction mechanics. Their faction mechanic is focused on entrepot trade.


First, I want to send my thanks to Wolfremio for allowing me to use his Torinubar for this faction mod.

Feature
  • New LL Torinubar. Archmage lord who has ruled over the Gates of Calith for centuries.
  • Transit Trade: With the familiar Chaos Dwarf Convoy mechanic, buy Eastern commodities from the Eastern part of the world and sell them to the western part or vice versa.
  • When you complete your trade deal in the city, if that city's owner's culture belongs to the order faction, Entrepot will be built. This Entrepot produces pooled resources regularly and also gives a factionwide effect bonus. But watch out, if this city falls into the order of the Chaos, your Entrepot will be destroyed.
  • Western commodities and Eastern commodities also can be used to give yin and yang passive ability and attribute to your Elf Troops.

FAQ
Q. Your UI is terrible
A. Sorry, the Only tool I can use is MS Paint 3D

Q. Is this mod compatible with X?
A. I'm not sure. I tested with the mod I made, but I don't play with lots of mods.

Q. Sea Guard can have both Yin and Yang
A. I like Sea Guard.

Q. What happens if you own the trade city?
A. You can't build an entrepot. I know I can make a semi-landmark to do so, but a design choice.

Q. Caravan event lacks variety.
A. Sorry.

Yeah, no problem with Marienburg. They use the same way to alter the vanilla and don't overlap with another. Don't know about other mods I don't participated though

hi, just to be sure, this works with your SCM Marienburg right? I've heard that caravan mods do not play well with each other before

As far as I know, there isn't.

Me and SCM members are fleshing out 15 factions in the region, but if you're curious about that, see Modding Den Discrod's SCM channel. It's mostly screenshots and I can't copy those.

Two additional guys are working on the IEE Empire faction separately also.
