使用武器时快捷切换（切鞭修复）

描述
此特性将在10月1日合并到TML本体，到时候应该不再需要使用这个Mod了

允许你在按住使用允许自动重用的武器（如鞭子）时，通过数字键快速切换物品栏
也就是说，你可以快速切换多个鞭子，以堆叠鞭子Buff，打出不俗的伤害，也就是“切鞭流”
这其实是原版的特性，不过tML把它删了，这个Mod就是用来还原这个特性的
加了这个Mod之后，不止鞭子，所有武器都能快速切
游戏内显示名称：Hotbar Swap While in Use

If you try to use the auto tool swap while mining while you have torches in your inventory it swaps your pickaxe for a torch the sub-second it's done. Same for glowsticks if your cursor isn't directly on an in-range block.
