Certain Self Revives will display "Already have Self Revive" when you don't have one.
This occurs when interacting with the same self revive location you previously used.
To fix this, pickup a different one each time you need one.

If you find that you aren't progressing, it may not be a bug.
its probably because you haven't solved the puzzle for that area yet.
