You have to squeeze yourself between the cardoard rat and the wall, I find it more convinient to get in from the top. Stay between those while you get up from the slide animation and as you begin to clip into the wall go straight to the right, going to the right too early will not work tho.
This will probably take you several tries, and also sometimes you'll get push back in bound next to the glass panel, but it's not that hard really

Unless for some weird reasons a dev space% become a thing, I don't think this is game breaking. Plus that'll mean removing the rat :'(
