While I do prefer that it's part of a collection, I'm happy if you have issues with that that result in it needing to be part of a modpack. Thank you for the ask.
I hope you are well! I am currently creating a modpack for the Project Zomboid server called "Gaden of Eden", focusing on creating a unique and engaging experience for our community through rp!. Your mod would fit perfectly with the atmosphere we are aiming for. I would like to ask for your permission to include it in our modpack. Of course, you will be fully credited and I will make sure to follow any guidelines you have. Thank you for considering my request!
Best regards,
Susan
A cautious storekeeper (or official giving rations in an rp server) might ask for the cards first to check them before handing over the paid for goods.
@aluthewox: The cards don't spawn, no. The magazine, however, should spawn in the world (in crates of magazines, magazine racks, bookstore magazine shelves and office desks).
