Pets Overhaul - More Mastery Shards

This mod is a small addition to Pets Overhaul. Normally, Pets Overhaul mod only lets you get 3 mastery shards per world. This mod changes it so bosses and enemies have a small random chance to drop them (configurable). By default, killing a boss has a 4% chance of dropping a mastery shard while regular enemies will not normally drop them (but can be changed to do so). Thanks to Pearlie for making the original mod!

Note:
The tooltip for Mastery Shards will still say "Only 3 per world" but with this mod enabled that won't be true so you can just ignore that message.
