Backstory:

The Bristol Islands use to be a small island town of the coast of france. After the Nazi's occupation of france in May 1940, the residents were evacuated to england, and the town was abandond. Construction later began on the island, building bunkers, artillery and flak possisions, building up the Nazi's defence of the french coast. Whilst most of the previouse infastructure remains, the majority is in ruins.

In early Feburary 1942 the island had finished its main bunker chain and construction of a larger bunker began with intentions of housing a large coastal battery with the idea of defending against the Royal Navy, and if not unchecked by RAF bombers every now and again, could have developed into a gun with inetntions of shelling the english coast line. These atributes made it a key point of intrest for the Nazi's and was one of the top priorites for the alies if they were to launch an assault.

On May 27th 1943, an invasion took place on the island, with the intentions of controling it. After this information had reached German high comand, a counter offenive took place on August 12th 1943. The island had been relcaimed serveral times by both sides, but in due time, it was hannded back into German hands again and remained that way till 1944.

As the island remaind under German controle, it then became a landing zone for the D-Day invasion on the 6th June 1944. The island sufferd heavy bombing, and multiple paratrooper attacks, along side naval landings. As word that the German lines in france had colapsed the island had been won over by the alies. All that remained was smoldering bunkers and houses.

Fetured:

The island has 8 bunkers in total. 3 are medium bunkers with a Pak.38 in them, 4 are small bunkers with a Festungspak.39, and the largest of the bunkers holds a TbtsK C/36 Naval gun.
There are 3 flak guns made by me on the island, 1 on the smaller island and 2 on the large island.
It has 20 houses in vaiouse conditions and a church on the smaller island.

Spawning:

Spawn it as double pinned, then normal pin it and god mode it. (un-pin it and re-pin it to be at your preferd water level.)

Map Rules:

Attackers spawn in planes or boats around outside of the map.
Defenders spawn at bunkers or the church.
If the Attackers are in controle of a bunker, that bunker becomes a spawn point for them.
Bunkers can be retaken.
Attackers can only spawn ground vehicles if a bunker has been captured.
