French High Speed Track Pack Lite

So here it is, this a lighter version of my french high speed track pack which means that there is one default texture for each part of the track (ballast, bridge, tunnel, rails, sleepers).

Given that there is much less tracks than my other packs this pack is divided like this :

- Two groups of older bibloc sleepers tracks with wooden sleepers on branch tracks :
- The bibloc tracks with the speed limits of 60, 160,220, 300 are based on the tracks of LGV Sud-Est and Atlantique built between the end of the 1970s and late 1980s
- The bibloc tracks with the speed limits of 80, 170, 230, 350 are based on the tracks of the LGV Nord, Rhône-Alpes and Interconnexion built between the late 1980s and the first half of the 1990s
- The rest are the more recent tracks still with the speed limit of 80, 170, 230 and 350 km/h, with concrete sleepers on branch tracks based on the tracks built after the late 1990s to nowadays (LGV Méditerranée, LGV Est, LGV Rhin-Rhône, LGV SEA, LGV BPL and CNM)

There is an exception with two tracks that have wooden sleepers and a speed limit of 300 and 350 km/h respectively. These tracks are present only if you want to have a more realistic looking junction and thus has an angle speed factor of 3.45 to emulate the absence of banking.
