French Track Pack Lite Edition

So here it is, this a lighter version of my track packs which means that there is one default texture for each part of the track (ballast, bridge, tunnel, rails, sleepers).

Given that there is much less tracks than my other packs this pack is divided like this :

- 4 types of sleepers divided in two categories for the concrete based ones representing the era of construction (old for tracks built before the 2000s, new for after) + two tracks without sleepers (one on pier for depots, the other for sections without ballast and sleepers like old bridges)
- 6 major speed limits (30, 60, 90, 120, 160, 220) with their own angle speed factor depending of the speed limit of the track

There is an exception with a track that has wooden sleepers and a speed limit of 220 km/h. This track is present only if you want to have a more realistic looking junction when using the older tracks with the concrete sleepers and thus has an angle speed factor of 3.45, like the tracks with a speed limit of 60 km/h to emulate the absence of banking.
