i love destroying my lungs in video games yaaaaaay(should increast energy but decrease infection)

Seems kinda pointless as just a cosmetic thing. Could give it some kind of buff (nicotine is a stimulant after all), or you could go the route of that one cigarette mod and make it restore your toxicity/radiation meter like a proper medicine since it seems to be classified as a medical item in-game.
