In this way you can squeeze even more from build focusing on AGI+SPD build adding (END from Level 3).So thanks to jumping and stealth (AGI+SPD) gathered at Weir Gate and Admin/Library (Levels 1 and 2) you can create interesting build (imo ofc).
If you want method that will skyrocket your skill points do Jumping + Stealth + Swimming combo in level run. Basically you can get into water and leave your character idle just like your said.... but leave character in sneaking mode. Simultaneously you will from idle floating get BOTH sneaking and swimming, if you add jumping against shore you can get 3 skills in every single maxed with no effort.
For jumping you don't have to click, just press button continuously and in water is easier to make it because you can "trap" character's movement between water surface and solid entity like pool's edge in Soul Cairn or pier at Chimera of Desolation... (sound of continuous jump in trapped position is hillarious for me).
Did you that you accually can decrease skills beyond 1 ? Skills can be lowered below zero and depending on what skill it is you can lower it from (-12) to even (-20) with getting skill points. It's additional few hundred skill points at start (you will see diffrence especially at Level 1 when you can create unbalanced atributes build. After leveling up game will automatically raise your skill to level 0 and you just continue proceed with your method, so you don't have to be afraid about any crashes. At start of level you will recive just info that your skill(s) leveled up.
No, wearing skill boost items is actually detrimental to leveling, because the game thinks your level is higher and demands more XP per increase. And since we're interested in a high base value (i.e. black number, not green number), wearing a boost item drags out the leveling process because you're leveling Jumping from "11 to 12" from the start.
So if you decrease your Jumping to 1, unequip your Jumping-boosting item when leveling it back up, otherwise it will take much longer to level.
No, decreasing a skill isn't possible if you don't have an item that boosts Jumping equipped. If you exit the level and have no skill-boosting item equipped, you cannot decrease anything at all.
If you have an item that boosts Jumping equipped, you can decrease Jumping and nothing else. If you have two items, one that boosts Jumping and another that boosts Swimming, you can decrease Jumping and Swimming and nothing else etc.
Wearing equipment boost items at level-up breaks the level-up scripting to allow skill decreasing.
The equipment boost is only to give you a few points in that skill when you're trying to raise the skill up from 1 after using the trick. The equipment doesn't affect the actual levelup process at all.
Do I have that right?
