[VScript] VSH Prison

Fight Saxton Hale! No plugins required.

This is a VScript VSH version of my map, VSH Prison, with some changes and adjustments made specifically for the VScript version.

Due to the pretty small size of the map, Hale is 10% bigger than a normal player instead of 20%.
