Farm Worker Payment Modifier

描述
This mod adds an option to decrease or increase the annual payment for job offer candidates and hired workers whose contracts have expired in both new and existing playthroughs. The payment can be set anywhere between 5% and 200% of the default character payment.

-- The mod is designed to be compatible with all other mods that modify existing characters or add new ones.

They do. The Farm Owner trait is irreversible.

Go ahead, off course if they get married that trait should be replaced with owner status.

That idea sounds awesome, Paraleo. Achieving something like that seems significantly harder than what I have done. I will definitely give such a mod a try!

it is a bit frustrating for me, got so many ideas but lack the game functions and lua knowledge to implement :P, was thinking of introducing a promoted or associate trait that kicks in one time for longer playthroughs when a hired worker reaches level 10 in one of the trade scenario relevant traits would become like partner status but contrary to the real world he'd be paid half the salary :D. Sorry for the little rant, just keep them mods coming. Nice job.
