After trying this add-on out:
So, after installing this and hosting a local server, the survivor outlines will be 100% gone on your end—on anyone else's end, the survivor outlines and names will be fully visible as if the Add-on was never installed in the first place.

But just to be clear, I'm not trying to criticize GS Mod in Play or their Add-on—I'm just letting anyone who may be curious about the Add-on functionality!
