If you read the documentation once again, I've never said there is a pistol in non-admin weapon list.

(no idea how to take pics if the menu in game) theres no pistol in the NON admin weapons section. to there is a SCAR sniper rifle

I can see all of SC Weapons. If the issue still persist after the Factory Reset, tell me with the screenshot.

You mean 'scw_mp5sd'? Yes, it fires SMG1 Grenade with Secondary Fire.
