It unfortunately isn't, Noob, at least for all of them. You can't hit achievement triggers by just loading a completed gallery. You're on Steam, though, so if you want achievements, there's always SAM and other stuff.

@去字典里查查dictionary No bro, the NTR ending is just a full conversation without any CG like most other endings, thank goodness they didn't make it otherwise it would have been more scary and disturbing
