1) In the Necromancer's Abyss, instead of saying "before the second portal" perhaps "before the first mirror" would be better. I mistook portal to mean mirror, so I ran past the life gem and had to do the entire level all over again.
2) In the Satan boss fight, the seals he places on the ground to trap you can actually be incredibly helpful. Since using elements at all is risky, you don't have a good way of dealing with the colored reapers he can summon. By letting yourself get trapped, Satan despawns his minions. If he is using dark magic, this even gives you an opportunity to heal yourself by using a guilottine move on him, as he's locked into his slam animation for a moment. Same goes for when he uses the regular ground pound attack.
Thank you, but I honestly couldn't have done it without the original creators of the guides who did most of the heavy work! I wanted to make a written guide with all the info, without having like 3 different guides open or playing a 15-30 minute video for each level.
2.
You're strat seems very risky especially for someone (like me) who can't time blocks in this game properly! I just chucked the boss on easy and did the guides strat with very little problems! :P
2nd. I just wanted to give my solution for the Satan trial. I would use block counter then during the slow motion before attacking I would switch to the proper energy, swing swing swing, then de power. Hardest part were the stupid wraiths. :P
