Please remember that I can't guarantee it'll get you the best profit, but it shouldn't generate any negative opinions.

Preparing the House:
- Clean the house completely, making sure there's no dust, dirt, or roaches.
- Also, clean all the windows until they're spotless.

Selling Tips:
- If you want to do it like I did, sell everything.
- If the house needs a fresh coat of paint, I'll let you know.

When dealing with large properties with numerous rooms, this buyer is often the easiest to impress as the top buyer.

However, please note that meeting their requirements for maximum value can be time-consuming. To ensure success, make sure you have at least 3 children's rooms in the property.

Simplified Children's Room Setup: Contrary to what the wiki and most guides suggest, you don't need 6 items for a room to be recognized as a children's room. Only 3 items are actually necessary.

Kitchenette Addition: Want to make them even happier and potentially increase their spending? Consider adding a kitchenette for cheap to the living room. While not necessary, it might lead to higher profits.

This achievement is undoubtedly one of the toughest to obtain. To increase your chances, consider reserving your smallest property for this buyer.

A Word of Advice: Besides pursuing the achievement, there's little reason to choose this buyer, as the profit margin is not substantial.

In my experience, the property that worked well for this achievement was the Bungalow, but any small space will suffice.

This particular buyer has a fondness for all things pink, as well as closets and bathtubs.

Bathroom Requirements: To please this buyer, you'll need one bathroom, but don't forget that it must have two bathtubs. That's essential for their satisfaction.

Closet and Wardrobe Necessity: Additionally, make sure to include two closets with enough wardrobes. Having two closets is crucial for fully meeting their needs. Moreover, a sauna is a must-have to make them happy.

No Need for a Kitchen: Surprisingly, this buyer has no interest in a kitchen, so feel free to leave it out.

Bed: I tried a lot of beds, but only one seems to prevent the red dislike: a large master bedroom would be very helpful.

Meet the cheapskate buyer who's all about renting for profit. To please this buyer, you'll need to cut costs and opt for the cheapest items in every room, sticking to the bare minimum when it comes to furniture.

Room Requirements:

You'll need 2 bathrooms.
The minimum number of bedrooms required is 2, but having 4 will make him even happier.
Jack have no interest in a kitchen. Instead, a living room with a kitchenette will be best.
Paint and Flooring: Good news - Jack doesn't care about paint and flooring. So, it's best to buy a house with washed-up walls and avoid replacing them to save on expenses, and ensuring him as top buyer.
