First off, make sure you're in game and in the respawn room.
You'll need to adjust two loadouts for this glitch. For the guide I'll be using "C" and "D"

So... For Loadout C have two cosmetics in the First and Second slot, but leave the third slot empty.

And for Loadout D have the exact opposite, the First and Second empty but a cosmetic in the third slot.

Once you have your cosmetics like mine proceed to the next step.

As you might know when you switch loadouts there's a bit of lag.
So as your on Loadout D switch to Loadout C and as it's switching click on the cosmetic that's on Loadout D.

It'll pull up the Cosmetic Menu like normal.
But after a second or two It'll darken the hat's what would be conflicted.

Once you see the darkened slot's click on "back" and then hit your "ESC" key, but be quick because it doesn't give you much time, It will show both hats equipped for a second but It will fix Itself.

If you pulled it off... You should respawn with both hat's!

The glitch will fix Itself In other ways such as Dying and Walking to the resupply cabinet
