[WotC] Observer Class

The Observer is a versatile class that excels in both preserving the well-being of our soldiers
and exerting strategic influence over the enemy force. As experts in the field, Observers possess
a comprehensive skill set that combines the expertise of a Pharmacist and a Sniper.

Their primary responsibility lies in ensuring the survival and health of our troops. With their
extensive medical knowledge and training, Observers are adept at providing critical care and
treatment to wounded soldiers. They possess exceptional medical skills, enabling them to
stabilize and heal injuries efficiently. In times of combat, when their medical services are not
required, Observers shift their focus towards offensive operations.

As accomplished marksmen, Observers specialize in long-range precision shooting and excel
at operating from advantageous positions. Through their expert marksmanship, they inflict
debilitating effects on the enemy force, targeting key adversaries to disrupt their operations and
weaken their overall combat effectiveness.

Hello, I had to edit the class, because I do use the pharmacist and the sniper, and this mod disables them.

@IconOfEvi Yes, the Lucubrations Sniper Class Wotc mod is required for the perks used in this class. I no longer use any Proficiency Class mods so I would not know for sure if any of my class mods are compatible. If you decide to try it out, let me know. Thanks and good luck Commander!

I like the idea of this, but run Proficiency, and thus the Proficiency port of Pharmacist. Would this work okay? Also why needing that sniper class - for a perk? Being a rather old mod not updated, might cause issues in the mod load list.

Thank you for this mod! Always wanted to use the Pharmacist class, but I really did not like that they had Brigadier rank. This is effectively the Pharmacist class with some Sniper stuff too.
