loading the entire collision at once would crash your game.

when chunks of the map load/unload, there are massive lag spikes, i'm wondering if there'd be a way to have the full map loaded or if you could make a low definition version of it all as one big chunk, this map is great for not just driving, but also great for air combat (fun)

Yes, First type "r_farz 99999999", then "ent_remove env_fog_controller".
Once you ran both commands type this in console:
lua_run_cl hook.Add("PostDrawOpaqueRenderables","seeentiremapatonce",function() for _,ent in ipairs(ents.FindByClass("prop_scalable")) do if IsValid(ent) then ent:SetNoDraw(false) ent:DrawModel() end end end)

not too bad not bad at all i mean could use some improvement such as on farm areas texture is stone texture but other than that looks well i guess

Lots of speedbump like bugs on the road itself. They send the car flying even at lower speeds.
