This is every negative karma option I used in my playthrough. It may be important to not get any positive karma events (except for the cat, which is unavoidable), so try to not deviate from these steps!

• Refuse to help the Heron
  
  > An easy achievement for crossing the stream alone and you'll see the bird much later on.
  
• Feed spider to Frog
  
• Say Bo is a loser
  
• You don't think about Chie
  
  > You can get a couple tiny extra dialogues if you buy new shoes and/or flower, so feel free to upgrade if you've found all coins so far. Though you may price yourself out of getting every gachapon toy (-achievement)
  
• Lie to Kenji (I chose to lie about Kenji both times by accident, but presumably either lie is fine)
  
• Don't try Bo's game
  
• Feel your rage
  
• Exterminate Rat in Tanaka House Toilet
  
  > Nothing in the nightmare, but if you bring different items into the door after the Flower, Chie will make a little comment about whichever one you choose!
  > (You can answer the phone before lunch but there's not much to it, possibly due to karma or not sending a letter yet)
  
• Steal from Mom's Purse
  
• Check on the Scarecrow
  
• Go to shop and tell Chie's mom "No"
  
• Poison x 3
  
• Say Chie is "safe"
  
  > You can write a special letter to Chie now that you've revenged her
  
• Agree to help the Rabbit (**and bring the turtle back as requested to complete the Lie,Cheat,Steal Achievement)
  
  > I ended up skipping the clubhouse to save time. Supposedly you can't "refuse the kiss" with bad karma, but more information is needed regarding the relevant checklist and achievement.
  > ** You can fish up a Blue Shoe now for the achievement, but stop before you get a fish
  
• Choose "It's Hot Spring time" to ignore the hostess' problems
  
• Call dad and tell him you don't like him

> You'll know if you've gotten everything right (i.e. wrongly) when you see the fireflies :<
> (I wasn't looking forward to this run, but it's pretty quick to do, and the fireflies moment was worth it and you'll get some special graphics that I'll put on the next section)

Steams being dodgy about adding images right now, but I might put some good one's here.

The biggest thing I would recommend with the super bad karma ending is how your grandma changes in appearance and that your dream notebook event will instead of being an interactive scene will just show the horrible state of your mom's dream notebook!

If you want to see it, play for yourself or check out the excellent art book DLC. Although it doesn't show the dialogue you can find.

I still don't know about the functions of some inventory items or else, so let me know if there's anything relevant which can be done with them.

• The birthday cake from your fridge. (I presume it's related to the Onsen lady but haven't tried it yet)
  
• Taking Kenji's hat (I tried leaving it and didn't notice anything with it nor confirmed anyone that wants it yet. It may change him cosmetically during the afternoon, but I didn't check)
  
• The Baseball (no clue what this is for)
  
• I'm curious what might happen if you spend all your money at Jonny's lol
  
• If you walk past the teaman without talking to him there's a teeny little dialogue for it
  
• There's definitely other changes in the letters you can write, and outcomes possible only after writing/sending letters, but I would need to experiment further with these.
