HOW TO RUN MANHUNTER ON WINDOWS 10 or higher
1. Open Task manager.
2. Click on Details tab.
3. Find MH.exe, right click on it and click on Analyse wait chain.
4. If there is anything on the list (e.g. nvcontainer.exe), select it and kill the process.

You need to do this only once. After that the game will run normally.

But you will need to do so every time you restart the PC
