To get the water breathing serum, its very simple. Go to the chemistry tab (funny walter white) and get the blue syringe near the zombie and ultra strength syringes.

Once you're done with that, right click and disable infinite source. Place 4 water breathing syringes without the infinite source on an blood tank and the first step is done.

Get tritium.
To get tritium, place an Atom Bomb (the original nuclear bomb). It only works with the atom bomb and not the fusion bomb. Link the atom bomb and the blood tank using an liquid conduit, and once you've done that, if you hear popping sounds, you have your exotic liquid. I recommend linking 2 atom bombs to the blood tank to make sure you have exotic liquid.
