Hybrid Information
Hybrids can start to be made during your 2nd year after unlocking Vinnie.

Something important to note is, sometimes it will take more than one attempt to get a hybrid to be made.

While I'm not certain about this, if you get the animation of Vinnie eating the two crops / seeds, this is an indicator a hybrid could come from that combination.

There are more potential combinations then what is listed in this guide!

Flowers Role in Creating & Upgrading Hybrids

There are four flowers that can be used in the hybrid process!

Trick Blue Flower - Will create a blue version of your hybrid. Works for Tier 1 & Tier 2 only and for both Crops & Trees (including seeds).

Upseed Flower - Usable for with Crops & Crop Seeds. Adding this will upgrade your seeds to S - Rank.

Happy Lamp Flower - Usable with Crops & Crop Seeds. Adding this will upgrade your seeds to be able to planted year-round. This is symbolized by an outlined diamond shape next to the name.

Sagesoil Flower - Usable with Crops & Crop Seeds. Adding this will upgrade your seeds to be grown in all soil types. This is symbolized by a filled-in diamond shape next to the seeds name.

Once you have enough flowers, you can also take a seed and use Upseed, Happy Lamp and Sagesoil flowers (one at a time) to create seeds that are S-rank and can be grown all-seasons and all soil types!

Ask when i make new crop 10 it become new crop 11 , and make new crop 38 it become new crop 39 , so is game bug or we missing one new crop?
Asla_Lord_Beerus 2024 年 4 月 22 日 上午 11:16
@Drache You are not stupid. There is no 'crop10' it was skipped. So bell is 11... if you are using this guide treat everything after 11 (non-tree) as +1. I also wrote a guide that might be able to help gl mate.

:battlescry:

I linked to your guide in my achievement guide, in the crops section as I think the guide is really good :) I gave you credit for it.

but man spending time to mix a bunchful of tier 2 is grueling. i wish we can just throw numbers of seed to vinnie to get a handful of tier 2 instead of repeatedly pressing the buttons.
MaXx Ownage 2023 年 7 月 7 日 上午 7:28
yeah you definitely mixed up the orders of the hybrid trees. based on appearance the coconut recipie made the granny smith, the granny smith made the golden apple and the golden apple made the coconut
DJR99 2023 年 7 月 7 日 上午 2:44
A little tip, try save the game first before mixing (using quick save in front Vinnie), if the mixing failed you can load the game and try it again instead of losing some seeds. It works for me.

Added photos of the Tier Three Hybrid Crops and Trees.
I've also put the Tier3 Trees in the proper order as they appear in the Encyclopedia. Apologies if this causes any confusion.
