CSS: Old Urban (Playermodel)

A quick port of a nearly forgotten model, the older unused pre-release urban CT that was left in the early days of CSS until it was eventually cleaned out of the game files, where now it can only be found if you try to look for it, with the original textures and original model included as a bonus, and as a playermodel with simple CSS hands.

Nothing fancy here, just something i wanted to port eventually because i like this version of Urban, only thing i added is PM support and modified the VMT of the main texture slightly so the inside of the goggles is rendered like how it is for SAS.
