A small patch for UWE Mist Ghouls to enable head hunting of the creatures lurking in the mists, similar to Fog Hunt.

Credits to @Septimless Miscreant, for their excellent mod and the inspiration for this UWE patch Mist Ghoul Hunting.
(If you're not using UWE, please subscribe to their version instead, this version is a recreation to work properly with UWE with some additional changes).

Place it below UWE to take affect.
Will more than likely require Importing Game to generate the new items.

Spoiler: Mist Creatures in the Fog Islands are incredibly powerful, their heads have positive trade cultures in Mongrel to reflect this. If you take the heads to a vendor in the Fog Islands , you can earn substantial rewards. Mist Fiends earn an extra +50%, Ghouls +75%, Guardians +100%, and Horrors +150%. After you loot the head, the creature will die.

I will probably need to balance the cash rewards in the future after further testing. Please provide any feedback, if possible. I'm also not a very good artist, so I'm using a generic sack icon from the base game..

Oh yeah, I forgot they added a similar function recently. I suppose there's not any harm in using both, since I believe the UWE variant is like their Heart (or similar) while this is their Head lol. There's also a better pay out in this mod comparatively, since 125 cats (?) isn't even worth the effort to pick up the item :cactusrum::beeped:

It might make it look slightly cluttered though, and I'm not sure if it may cause an issue due to the inventory space required for both Death Items now. If you notice anything unusual, please let me know and I can adjust the size or something to compensate.

UWE's newest update adds body hunting these guys (as well as fogmen). There are 125 cats per mist creature sold/and 75-100 cats per fogman sold (and they throw them in a a peeler too).

Thanks again Dr. Igor - just posted my vanilla version of mod. Was able to repurpose and edit inventory icons from the original Fog Hunt too.

Ah I didn't realize the original mist ghoul mod didn't address that, will take a look in FCS

You'd probably still need to make a faction, as that's how Kenshi controls a lot of the gear, stats, etc. distributions for the characters belonging to XYZ faction, but you can set the "Is Real" to False so it doesn't appear in the faction list (like how I did it for the Drifters , but just the opposite way lol)

Yeah you can probably just use the original Mist Ghouls mod and do your own thing to set their stats, etc. That's how UWE did it (it merged the Mist Ghouls into the mod and Tread edited their stats and such), this mod just added a bounty system to the UWE versions.

Thanks Dr. Igor - in that case I'll post up a simple non-UWE version (not sure I want a full faction of uber Mist Ghouls that's a dependency of the other mod you linked).

Sure, there is a non-UWE version already called Mist Ghoul Hunting (linked in the description) that does roughly the same, this is just a remade version of that mod with my own settings, descriptions, etc.

Feel free to make one though, I have no issue with it lol (all of my mods are open for anyone to use them however they want) :cactusrum::beeped:

Hey Dr. Igor - would you mind if I made a vanilla (non-UWE) version of this mod, so it could be used in non-UWE modlists?
