Phong on Barrels

Gives the barrel models from Half-Life 2 Phong materials, creating rough specular highlights akin to metal. This effect was first used in Episode 1, and works by creating highlights based on lights in the scene. This addon does not add Phong to other games or addons, like CS:S.
