Hang-Fall Death Defib Fix script

NOTICE: As per usual, this addon uses scripts. This will not work in Dedicated servers. Use local/listen servers, or singleplayer instead.
An upside to this is that if you can see this addon's effects, everyone else can.
Simple script that fixes the hanging-death ragdolls that was prevalent in old L4D2 ragdoll videos.
This means you can now defib survivors that lose their hanging grip and fall to their death.

No they don't!
The ragdoll is tied to the falling-after-hanging state itself!
That means if you hold the JUMP button and fall off, you won't ragdoll.
But if you lose all your health while HANGING, you will be set into a state where you will ragdoll.
This is an inconsistency with how you are defibbable when you fall off the basic way, but then you lose your grip on the ledge and you suddenly won't be defibbable.
