F1 23 includes a "vendor goals" system, and some goals require playing at specific category of tracks, including "low tyre wear", "medium tyre wear", "high tyre wear" tracks, or "high downforce" "balanced" or "high speed" tracks.

yep. also low tyre wear are mostly european tracks (except CA, CN and JP)
