How to cook Creamy Tomato Soup

In this guide I'm gonna be showing you the recipe for this delicious Creamy Tomato Soup.

First: Ingredients
  • Butter Two table spoons
  • Tomatoes you need 2 big or 3 - 4 average tomatoes for one plate
  • All purpose flour 1 Table spoon
  • Sugar one Table spoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Seasonings (oregano 1/2 table spoon or Two bay leafs, pepper powder 1/2 table spoon)
  • Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Second: The cooking process
Add one Table spoon of butter to your Pot and melt it
After that add Two bay leafs in the melted butter or instead of that 1/2 table spoon of oregano
Make sure that butter is melted n bubbling, keep your eyes on it cuz butter can be easily burned
Add chopped and peeled tomatoes to you butter and mix it
After 1 - 2 minutes add a 1/2 cup of water, close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes of cooking take off the lid and cool it completely
Mix it and remove the bay leafs if you add them instead of oregano
Blend the entire thing and if you haven't pealed the tomatoes you need to strain it.

Now you can let the tomatoes chill for a lil bit
Take a clean pot and add another Table spoon of butter, melt it
Add in melted butter one Table spoon of flour
Mix and saute it until it turns light brown
Add your tomatoes in it and mix
Add one Table spoon of sugar, black pepper powder 1/2 Table spoon, and salt to taste
And the last but not least add 1/4 cup of Fresh cream and give it a mix
Cook it for just a lil til it starts bubbling, And that's pretty much all.

Third: Serve
You can add some cream on top, grated cheese, or basil leaf
it's not that important tho, the soup is already delicious so it's up to you how you're gonna serve it
