What you'll need to do is put an oil rig at the bottom right of the map and make it a tesla tower. This tower has the power to return a ship to the beginning point of it's route and as this tower is the only thing that'll damage the ship your other oil rigs will have a lot of time to generate money. I personally did this at the 5. wave with a single ship but if you want to you can start earlier.
