Chaincoats: Sneaky chain Longcoats

Add medium armor variants of all four Longcoat types, similar in strength to Plated Drifter Pants. They are chainmail, so stealth and combat bonuses are lower. Tan styles have stronger acid protection, while dark styles have a lower debuff to stealth.

NPCs who normally wear the vanilla versions will have a chance to spawn with the chain counterparts. Perhaps Tinfist will not dodge as much, but he'll also be tougher?
