Description
Enhance your survival experience in Project Zomboid with the Computer CommandLine Interface Mod. This innovative addition allows your character to interact with computers found in your claimed shelter, as long as you have:

  • Level 1 electronics skill
  • Active generator powering the computer
  • optional - Claimed safehouse to use inventory commands

The Computer CommandLine Interface opens a new door to a world of digital interaction at the heart of your shelter.

Play a classic asteroids game to unwind from the apocalyptic tension or pong against the AI, efficiently manage your shelter's inventory, and more.

Mod Features

  • CommandLine Interface (CLI): Use straightforward commands to interact with the computers in your Project Zomboid shelter.
  • Integrated Games: The CLI has a built-in asteroids and pong custom games. More collectable games in development!

Follow the instructions provided on the help screen to better understand how the commands work.
For example, if you want to see all items that fall into the "Weapon" category, just type
inventory list -filter Weapon

Or if you want to see all items that have the string "Axe" in their name, type
inventory list -filter Axe

NOTICE THAT STRINGS ARE CASE SENSITIVE

With the Computer CommandLine Interface Mod, you become the true master of the zombie apocalypse, keeping everything in your shelter under control.

@Voidar A repo would be amazing. I was about to start working on a mod like this for Build 42, not sure if I want to bother since it already exists (this), but I'm also impatient lol

Edit: We can all use the computer but only the owner can see the inventory of the safehouse.

Thanks everyone for your comments <3, I really appreciate those. Since build 42 is closer than ever I will try to update this mod once the build 42 arrives, until then I don't know if can be worth it to publish a github repository with the current mod files and let the devcommunity members contribute to it. Depends on the comments I will start creating the repo, if not lets wait until 42. Virtual hug for you all :spiffo:

This mod is extremely cool, but id like to ask if you still plan on updating it? it has been a little while since you did, and i think adding more features like...chat room or something would be very cool!

It would be great to have it for SP and connect to the grid. Otherwise, great mod!
