He has the police baton as weapon, and a shield as defence. He can survive 2 bites from zombies. His shield can hold small group of zombies, but if it's big group of zombies... He won't hold this, of course if he won't get support by...
Rifleman!
He has powerful assault rifle, with assault rifle he can kill a pile of zombies, very good in team with CRS together. Still not enough? Okay, but there are also some interesting things...
Orders!
They're different, it can be like order to split up one squad, or activate the electric fence.

I hope that's gonna be enough to protect the city from zombie invasion.
