In the 2.0 'pawsome' update, the developers of calico added a lot of things, some of which were animals. One of the animals they added was a chicken. This chicken's name was Starshine.

There is a villager in Heart Village named Blossom, and she greets you with these words:

"Good evening, Starshine!" Or, "Good afternoon, Starshine!" Or, "Good morning, Starshine!"

She calls you 'Starshine'.

Blossom calls you Starshine, but since Starshine is a chicken, she calls you a chicken.
