Its working on his end as intended

However with this mod i could not see the white glowing ring around zombies that were in the world or the ones i spawned is there a way to turn it on or is there a reason why its not showing like the screen shot by any chance i'd love to see it in action.
And there are no conflicting mods with it by the way no errors its all white in the mods list did take a screen shot of it i can post here if you like but i'd thought i'd add that in in case that might be needed to help root out the problem :)
