Really nice building. But with weird construction phases:

1. No ground work.
2. Absence of a crane on the construction site, which means too much demand on human resources.

I thought this was a Robs work before I read the descr. XD
12 children per teacher?! a dream!!! I have never seen a class smaller than 30 per teacher!
