This add-on makes you die if you are caught by Special Infected even once.

You can turn the Insane SI Damage on or off by typing !si


Some SI do not applied this add-on. I can't change them with my current ability.

[Applied Special Infected]
-Witch(difficulty Easy: incap / other difficulties: immidiately die)
-Smoker
-Charger
-Jockey
-Hunter

wouldnt it be better if the jockey controlled you for a couple of seconds before instantly killing you
