Man, and I thought my City-States collection was a collection of collections.
This one is probably the most loose out of the collections, mostly because there are so many individual Civilizations or Leaders to organize, from so many different people, that its best to try and put their collections of their mods in.
This list (With the exception of what modders put in their mod collections) will not include any gameplay changes, only additions.
