Steps:

1. Get PARRY ability from Arsenal (not batons)
2. Go to OLD City shown on screenshot

3. Kill yellow guy with Throwing AXE.
4. Leave the red guy with AXE, we will do our achievement on him.

5. IMPORTANT. I managed to discover that PARRY doesn't really work when using gamepad stick.
I was trying for 15 minutes and managed to get only 1 PARRY.
As soon as i switched to keyboard (A and D buttons), i've done it first try (5 parries in a ROW).
How to:
You must face enemy and press button (A or D) when AXE is half way on a swing to ur character. So u make step towards enemy when he almost hit you.

Thanks for this. Also I agree the parry using a controller is terrible, mapping parry to an analog stick is the worst idea ever.
