Changes the sound of Magnum pistol to Heavy from TF2 going 'POW'.

And for all the comments asking for the "HAHA" bit as reload, fyi:

in Left 4 Dead 2 the reload sound is split up to multiple different audio files for some reason. In the case of the magnum pistol it's 6 different audio sounds. (clip out, clip locked, clip in, slide back, slide forwad and deploy). This all makes it extremely hard for me to fiddle the "HAHA" so that it would sound reasonable. I have some ideas how I could make it work so I'll be trying those soon but for now it is what it is.
