My Engineer loadout from TF2 replacing Bill.

Features:

- Ellis' animations
- Basic facial flexes
- RNG BLU/RED skin system
- Deathpose model for the Passing campaign
- Viewmodel arms
- Custom attachments
- HUD icons
- Boomer vomit textures

I've had this loadout for the Engineer in TF2 since 2016. So many memories of playing Slender Fortress and annual Halloween events with it, so it has become memorable for me. I Figured I'd port it to L4D2.
