Brings DD Imperial Armory upgrades to SFO Empire units

SFO doesn't like other mods that much and some players are having issues with the All-In-One version so I'm testing if individual files work better.

The base mod creator said that it was CA who introduced slayer ability with snipe it seems, so it's upto CA to fix it.

for ex. amethyst ironsides have an upgrade called marksman training that gives them extra range, reload faster and snipe ability. the unit receives all that but also for some reason receives slayer ability too which reads "this unit is a slayer and its weapon strength never reduced" . will post it in base mod section.

the marks are not created by me for this so I don't know.

What about the marksmen mark is related to slayers?
