Somehow I only noticed the newspaper at the end was clickable. I was so confused how I had failed to find all of them in my first play through.

Make sure you inspect each of them.

I have absolutely found them all but the game says I have not completed this achievement. I'll walk through every location again, if I still don't get it, I'll move on .
