note that this is performance intensive, i have a better solution in mind but its gonna take some effort to implement it, this works ok for now i think
for context, the circle works by drawing a circle of a certain radius and then drawing many more bigger than that radius. if you advance the radius in steps of 1 pixel, it's not even slightly filled, so you must advance it in steps of less than 1.
to be honest, i never expected this thing to become relatively popular so i mostly ignored the issues at certain sizes, ill look into it today
