Map Genie is free with the option to subscribe. You do not NEED to subscribe to it. However if you do, last I saw my sub was $10/year, it will save all your found/check'd items for ALL the games you use it for. It is not $10/map but $10/year for ALL the maps they create and the new ones they haven't created yet. I have been using it for years when it only had a handful on it. I LOVE the check lists. You can even suggest things that are missing. I have done so over the years and I have seen my suggestions pop up after some time. You can also create your own "note" marks on the map too.

True, in some places the chests are either slightly distant, or in another place altogether. A buggy with a switch on the flight mode helps not only to search for chests, but also copes well with studying the map from the gray fog.

For Yara's map, there are some libertad markers that are either removed from the game, or in wrong place. Just use the flying car and literally cover through every nook and cranny, but based on my experience, revisit buildings, then check the map on Yara to see if the marker is on there or not. Mckay's region is definitely have a wrong marker placed in guerilla hideout, its in another building or a tower of some sorts. There was another one in the region below, but forgot which one it was.
