Step one: Go to Shaded Citadel. Oh yeah also this guide has minor spoilers as well.
Step two: Grab lantern mouse grab spears and rocks.
Step three: Hit the Lantern mouse about ten times with rocks before impaling it with a spear.
Step four: Find a lizard and drop the Lantern mouse on it from 2 screens up.
Step Five: Probably be eaten by the lizard if you accidentally drop down.

what you gotta do is bring the lantern mouse to shoreline and find a jelly fish, then throw the jellyfish at the lantern mouse until you are satisfied and then find a eel lizard (eel lizards have the lowest chance to kill when they bite)
